Hi I'm Steph, the Founder of SCB and a Human Resources leader, with over 10 years’ experience across a range of businesses and industries. I am passionate about building high performing teams to execute strategic business goals and have had significant success due to my ability to partner at all levels of a business to design effective people, performance and culture strategies supporting organisations to grow and develop. I pride myself on having a collaborative and authentic approach and a knack for constructively influencing team members through meaningful relationships. 

I obtained a Bachelor of Business (HRM and Marketing) from the University of the Sunshine Coast where I am currently in the process of completing my MBA (and absolutely loving it). I am friendly, professional and incredibly passionate about Human Resource Management and I look forward to tailoring a solution to meet your needs and having a positive impact on your business.
